In the last years, the market has moved towards a new series of cold creams, that have to be prepared with the help of a frozing machine. A perfect alternative to the classic cake at the end of the meal.
Every Orobicamix’s cream is already balanced to be prepared also using the new frozing machine of latest generation, for example B-Cream by Bras or Gt by SPM.

OrobicaMix suggests a large variety of Coffee Cream. Different recipes and formats allow you to find the most suitable Coffee Cream for your taste.
At the moment, OrobicaMix produces 7 different kind of this marvellous product: the very well-known Traditional Coffee Cream, gorgeous with milk and cream, and the brand new Platinum Coffee Cream and Special Coffee Cream, to mix only with water, in order to obtain two results: less preparation costs and a longer shelf life of the final product.

For those who would like a tasty and healty snack, OrobicaMix suggests its delicious Fior di Latte Cream, perfect to be mixed with fresh fruits, pralins and chopped nuts, along with our different Guarnishing Sauces flavours. The best results are obtained by preparing this cream with the new automatic Ice-Cream machines, for example B-Cream by Bras and SPM GT.
