Sorbets are, without any doubt, the flagship of our offer. Infact, deserving to an extended market testing, we have intuired that the classic lemon sorbet was not enough to fulfill our costumers, that during years became more heterogeneous. In this way we got to the production of a lot of flavours, classic and esotic, without forgetting the ones who, for some food intolerance, cannot eat milk nor its derivatives.
Every Orobicamix’s sorbet is already balanced to be prepared also using the new frozing machine of latest generation, for example B-Cream by Bras or Gt by SPM, so that clients can almost obtain a fruity ice-cream. Plus, every sorbet can be customise inside the Frozing Machine adding Prosecco, Vodka or the desired alcoholic beverage.
OrobicaMix Sorbets are completely Gluten-Free, each of them, and are prepared with the best dehydrated fuit juice on the market.
Lemon is, without any doubt, the most important flavour in our variety of sorbets. For this reason, OrobicaMix produces it in three different versions: “Ready”, with an easy and fast dilution, “Concentrate”, for the maximum yeald at the lower price, and “Gold”, widely appreciated in the North-East of Italy as Sgropin.
