Private Label Instant Hot & Cold Beverages for US Foodservice
US Food Regulations: how to enter the American market properly
Access to the US market follows its own rulebook: food safety, customs clearance, FDA registrations, importer verification, Prior Notice, and American-format labelling. These are mandatory steps, very different from Europe.
The good news is that when you work with a manufacturer already set up for US compliance, exporting becomes a stable, repeatable flow: ready technical files, proven procedures, and full support for your US Importer of Record. You can start with targeted volumes, test a channel or region, and scale without bottlenecks.
In short: strict rules, but a controlled path.

For US partners, choosing a supplier already structured for the USA means fewer detention risks, faster go-to-market, and more reliable supply continuity for foodservice chains.
FDA & Food Facility Registration: the prerequisite to sell in the USA
US compliance starts at the facility. To export food products to the United States, the foreign production site must be FDA-registered through Food Facility Registration (FFR): without an active FFR, goods cannot enter. The Importer of Record is the US entity responsible for entry and regulatory alignment. Our facility is already FDA-registered, with traceability built for American requirements, so you start from a compliant base, without rebuilding the process from scratch.
What this means for you:
FSVP documentation ready for your US importer
In the United States, the importer can’t just buy and resell: they must verify the foreign supplier. The Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) requires the importer to prove that the manufacturer follows FDA food-safety standards (Preventive Controls, HACCP, traceability, etc.).
That’s why we provide a complete FSVP support pack: HACCP plans, technical spec sheets, ingredient specifications, process controls, batch traceability, and materials useful for audits or chain onboarding. Your FSVP stays smooth, compliant, and launch-friendly.

Prior Notice: every shipment with the right data
Each shipment to the USA requires a Prior Notice before arrival at port or airport. It’s typically filed by your broker or importer, but inconsistent data can create delays.
We support you with all required technical and logistics details: manufacturing site, product codes, composition, batch numbers, shelf life, and load specifications. Result: first-time-right filings and faster US customs clearance.

Let’s align the data before you ship.
In the US, etiquette is a different language: it is not translated, it is reconstructed.
In the USA, labelling is a different language: you don’t translate it, you rebuild it. The Nutrition Facts Panel follows its own rules and layout (serving size, units, calculations, nutrient order). It is not the EU table “in English.” Allergens must also follow the US list of major food allergens, declared clearly and without ambiguity.
We provide nutrition values already structured for Nutrition Facts conversion and manage allergens in recipe and labelling according to US logic, so you avoid rework and compliance risks before listing.

Recipes & flavour profiles for the US consumer
With US foodservice driven by coffee chains, QSR, and on-the-go demand, instant beverages for US export follow a different playbook than Europe.
To enter the market with a private label, you need chain-ready recipes and US-format specs, not just for operations, but as a real driver of listing and sell-in across a fast-scaling market. The US isn’t one market in habits, but it is one in opportunity, and demand is moving in clear directions:
- in major coffee chains, high-turnover cold drinks dominate menus and margins;
- in premium coffee shops, “signature” profiles with bold, indulgent flavours keep growing;
- in travel hubs, campuses, and hospitality, mixes must be stable, replicable, and easy to standardise.
For US partners we develop mixes designed for fast service, with technical sheets already prepared for tenders, listings, and chain rollouts. The line covers these needs consistently:
- instant bases for frozen coffee, frappes, and slush for cold-serve menus;
- American-style hot chocolate and specialty hot drinks with full body and reliable melt;
- flavoured latte mixes and comfort drinks for breakfast and hotels;
- classic US flavours (caramel, mocha, cookies & cream, peanut, peppermint mocha, crème brûlée, and more on request).
In short, we cover the key drivers in US foodservice today: cold drinks and strong seasonality, because they power chain menus; rich, recognisable flavours, aligned with American indulgence; and scalability without surprises, with recipes that keep texture and performance across multi-store networks.
Result: solutions ready for chains, reliable at volume, built for the US market.
