Simply dissolve the contents of the bag in 3 liters of milk or water (depending on the flavor), mix, and pour into the soft serve machine.
There is no need for expensive batch freezers or pasteurizers, nor for professional ice cream makers.
With our Soft Serve bases, it’s easy to achieve a delicious, perfectly creamy soft serve every time!

We recommend not using the Soft Serve bases for sorbets or cold creams, as they are specifically formulated for soft serve machines.
If used in a slush machine, they may not deliver the optimal consistency and density.

All of our Soft Serve mixes have a 36-month shelf life from the production date.
Cream flavors must be consumed within 72 hours of preparation, while fruit flavors have no such limitation.
However, we suggest preparing an adequate quantity to ensure the product remains fresh.
