For the alcoholic versions, the recommended dilution is designed to achieve a moderate alcohol content, perfect for light, refreshing drinks.
You can adjust the recipe by adding more liquor or reducing the water, but it’s important not to exceed certain proportions: too much alcohol can prevent the mixture from freezing properly, compromising the performance of the slush machine.

While the format is the same, slush mixes and frozen cocktails are two different products.
Frozen Cocktails are more concentrated to compensate for the alcohol content and the higher dilution.

Turning off the slush machine is not recommended, but doing so with Frozen Cocktails does not pose a health risk to the consumer.
A suggestion is to empty the tank at the end of the day and store the remaining mix in a jug or bottle in the refrigerator.

Since they do not contain dairy, there is no strict shelf life for the Frozen Cocktail Mixes.
However, it is advisable to prepare a quantity suitable for consumption within 48 hours to maintain a fresh and high-quality product.

Yes, absolutely! You can adjust the dilution by adding more or less alcohol or water.
However, keep in mind that excessive alcohol content can prevent the product from freezing completely and may cause issues with the slush machine.

Our Sangria Mix is designed to be served chilled in liquid form, not frozen.
Add 3 liters of red wine to the mix, or reduce the wine and replace part of it with a spirit for a lighter sangria.
Directly in the slush machine, add diced fruit to enhance the flavor.
Serve in a glass and garnish as desired.
