Frequently asked questions about OrobicaMix coffee cream preparations

Preparing our Iced Coffee mixes for slush machines is simple and convenient:
Follow the instructions on the label and mix the powder with the recommended amount of milk (or water).
Once the powder is completely dissolved, pour the mixture into the slush machine set to Freeze mode.
After 45/60 minutes, the coffee will be perfectly whipped and ready to serve.

It is highly discouraged to leave our Iced Coffee in the slush machine if it is turned off, as the presence of milk kept at room temperature may promote bacterial growth.
For food safety and in accordance with HACCP guidelines, we recommend keeping the slush machine in Cool/Refrigerator mode overnight.

The product should be consumed within 3 days after preparation, corresponding to the typical shelf life of opened milk. However, we recommend preparing an adequate quantity for consumption within 24/48 hours to ensure the product remains fresh and of high quality.

Water-based products can be kept for one extra day in the slush machine, but no longer.
Since the powdered mix contains milk powder, once reconstituted with water, it has approximately the same shelf life as UHT milk.

If prepared with water, Vegan Iced Coffee has a longer shelf life in the slush machine and can be consumed within 5-7 days. If prepared with plant-based milk, check the expiration date on the packaging and use it as a reference for the product’s shelf life.

As the product level decreases, it is advisable to reduce the slush machine’s power.
This will prevent the Iced Coffee from incorporating too much air, which could make it overly fluffy and affect its taste.
